If you’re interested in bringing a meeting or event to Casper, we’re here to help. The team at Visit Casper is here to assist with event support from start to finish. We offer the services below to organizations hosting their meeting in the Casper area:

  • Sending RFPs to hotels for meeting space and rooms
  • Coordinate site tours
  • Assistance planning pre and post activities
  • On-site registration personnel (4 hour maximum, 150 participant minimum)
  • Welcome bags for participants
  • Name badges for participants
  • Welcome table for lobby area of your convention
  • Contact information for services such as catering, entertainment, shipping, printing, & rental companies
  • Welcome letter to participants (direct mail)
  • Assist with finding guest speakers
