Travel Tips for Bringing Your Meeting to Casper
Located in the middle of Wyoming, Casper is a place you must see to believe. And for meeting planners, it’s a destination that’s full of team-building opportunities, full-service hotels, unique meeting venues and off-site locations for receptions and events. While the wilds of Wyoming may seem worlds away from large urban hubs, getting here is easier than you think.
Anchoring the region’s transportation is the Casper-Natrona County International Airport. A short drive from the heart of Casper, the airport has daily flights from Denver and Salt Lake City on United and Delta. Plus, many of Casper’s lodging properties offer shuttle service to and from the airport.
For regional drive-market meetings, Casper is four hours from Denver, Colorado, four hours from Billings, Montana, and four hours from Rapid City, South Dakota, making it a convenient meeting point. Plus, with our location on I-25, for many meeting attendees it’s just a scenic drive away.
