Open Class BBQ Contest – Celebrating America’s Spirit

Fire up your grills and show off your skills at the Open Class BBQ Contest during the Central Wyoming Fair & PRCA Rodeo as we celebrate the 250th Anniversary of America. Open to the public, participants can enter BBQ dishes including beef, chicken, pork, seafood, lamb, fish, and wild game. Entries will be judged on appearance, tenderness, and taste. Join the fun Sunday, July 5 at 5:00 p.m. in the Industrial Building at the Central Wyoming Fairgrounds.
