National Travel & Tourism Week Luncheon
Monday, May 4th |11 AM – 1:45 PM at CitiWerks Coworking Space
Celebrate the power of tourism in Natrona County at Visit Casper’s annual National Travel and Tourism Week Luncheon. This signature event brings together community leaders, industry partners, and local businesses for an afternoon of connection and insight.
The program will feature a State of Tourism address, Industry Excellence Awards, and a keynote presentation highlighting the impact and future of travel in Wyoming.
Free to attend. RSVP required by April 24.
Visit Casper Advocate Class
Tuesday, May 5th | 10 AM - 1 PM at the Hyatt Place Casper
The Visit Casper Advocates (VCA) are a community of local ambassadors for tourism and for the work that Visit Casper does to bring a positive impact to our community through the visitor economy.
Participants will deepen their understanding of local attractions, events, and experiences while strengthening their role as ambassadors for Natrona County.
Ideal for hospitality professionals, volunteers, and anyone passionate about promoting Casper.
Hell’s Half Acre Ribbon Cutting
Friday, May 8th | 11 AM - 1 PM at Hell's Half Acre
Everyone from the public is welcome to join us for this free event as we celebrate the grand reopening of Hell’s Half Acre with a ribbon cutting and community gathering at one of Wyoming’s most iconic landscapes.
Experience the newly improved viewing platform, picnic area, and interpretive signage designed to enhance visitor access and storytelling at this historic site.
Natrona County Commissioners will be on site serving complimentary burgers and hot dogs—come hungry and ready to explore. Be sure to bring comfortable walking shoes and extra layers dependent on the weather!
Transportation Available
A limited number of seats are available on the Visit Casper Bus. Guests will meet at the Visit Casper Office at 9:45 AM, with departure at 10 AM. Seats are first come, first served—only 23 spots available.
Must RSVP by April 24 to be guaranteed a seat.
