Destination Development Project Funding Request

If you need funds to help produce a tourism-related that will have a long-standing benefit to both visitors and Natrona County, residents, apply for Destination Development Funds.

When submitting the form below, please be aware of the following stipulations.

  • Destination Development Funds must be paid out from Visit Casper directly to project vendors.
  • Destination Development Funds can only be used for projects that support the goals laid out in the 2026 Casper Tourism Master Plan.
  • The use of funds must also follow the guidelines provided by the Wyoming Office of Tourism.
  • All projects must be completed by April 30th, 2028.
  • There are two waves of project funding:
    1. Wave one: $300k of funds available in our 2027 fiscal year which runs July 1, 2026 - June 30, 2027. The application deadline for wave one is August 21st, 2026.
    2. Wave two: $300k of funds available in our 2028 fiscal year which runs July 1, 2027 - June 30, 2028. The application deadline for wave two is August 2027.
