NHTIC September 5 2026: Devil's Gate--A Birdseye View

Overview

On September 5, join our trail trek guide, and hike to the top of another famous pioneer landmark, Devil's Gate as we discover pioneer names and get to view the Sweetwater valley from high above. This trek will be strenuous and not suited for all.

Participants will meet in the NHTIC parking lot at 8 a.m. Sites have uneven surfaces and elevation changes, which may not be suitable for those in poor physical condition. Bring lunch, water, snacks, and wear appropriate clothing and footwear for walking and weather changes. A high-clearance or 4-wheel drive vehicle is recommended.
