Join our growing network of 2,000 Natrona County residents equipped to serve our visitors and advocate for the tourism industry!

The Visit Casper Advocates (VCA) are a community of local ambassadors for tourism and for the work that Visit Casper does to bring a positive impact to our community through the visitor economy. Members of the VCA are equipped to be a qualified & willing volunteer base that exemplifies the warm hospitality of our community.

Tourism is about creating lifelong memories.

The first impression a visitor has of a community may be the lasting impression they leave with. VCA members strive to create one in a lifetime positive experiences that will have visitors returning again and again for generations to come. We know that visitors with positive experiences will share them with their circle of influence becoming advocates themselves!

Why Participate?

As a Visit Casper Advocate, not only will you have a greater understanding of what tourism does for our local community, you also have access to an amazing network of people from across industries here in Casper. You'll be notified firsthand of volunteer opportunities, have access to FREE tickets to some of the biggest events in town, and enjoy exclusive family-friendly events.

This is your chance to go behind the scenes to see what it takes to make Casper a "must visit" destination in Wyoming and the Rocky Mountain West!

Program Requirements

Each Visit Casper Advocate must attend one of our two-hour workshops.

Upon successful completion, participants will receive a VCA certificate, subscription to our exclusive monthly newsletter, and access to our private Facebook Group.

To maintain active status as a Visit Casper Advocate, participants must volunteer at 2+ events per year after certification. Active Advocates will gain additional opportunities for free event tickets at select events throughout the year, invites to VCA exclusive events, and exclusive additional education opportunities quarterly.

Each VCA member must renew their certification every three years. These Legacy Advocates will be publicly recognized by Visit Casper for their hard work and receive a plaque in celebration of their certification renewal.

Cost

This training is FREE but each class has limited space. Be sure to RSVP as soon as possible to join this exclusive group of amazing individuals!
