Applications are Open for FY27 Casper Area Impact Grants
April 8, 2026—Casper, Wyoming—The Casper Area Impact (CAI) Grant Program – funded by Visit Casper and the City of Casper – is accepting non-profit applications for the FY27 funding period. Applications are due by Noon on Friday, May 15.

“We’re big believers that a rising tide lifts all boats,” said Annette Pitts, CEO of Visit Casper. “Through this partnership, we’re able to provide funding for non-profits that create events to drive economic impact, bring visitors to Natrona County or improve quality of life for locals, all of which are a win in our book.”
Requests for the FY27 CAI grants include the following categories:
Cash
In-kind staffing services
In-kind facility rentals
To qualify for the grant, funds and services will be awarded to organizations with events that occur from July 1, 2026-June 30, 2027. Grant applications are reviewed and awards determined by a committee including Casper City staff and councilors, as well as members of the Natrona County Travel and Tourism Council Board of Directors.
Eligible expenses include advertising and event expenses. Specifics can be found here.
