Get out and discover more of Casper with the College Off Campus Pass, launching August 14, 2026, and available year-round. Use the digital pass below or pick up a physical pass at any participating business - whichever way you prefer to explore.

Bring your student ID to participating locations to enjoy a free activity or student discount at every stop. Check in as you explore to unlock three surprise prizes: your first after five check-ins, your second after ten and your final prize when you complete the pass with fifteen. Stop by the Visit Casper Downtown Office to discover what you’ve earned and claim your prizes!

1. CitiWerks Cafe

Students can conveniently hold study groups at CitiWerks large tables with plenty of power ports and workspace. Students can access private booths to hold video conference meetings. Also enjoy live music, art from local artists, and learn about Casper's history.

3. Historic Bishop Home

Show your College Off Campus Pass and student ID for $2 admission to the Historic Bishop Home, Casper’s only historic house museum. Step inside this beautifully restored 1907 home to discover more than a century of local history through the stories of the Bishop family and see how Casper grew from a small frontier town into the city it is today.

Stop by the Natrona County Library to discover free resources that can help with your next assignment, creative project or study session. Browse books and research databases, explore the Creation Station and take advantage of technology, workspaces and plenty of other in-library services. Students with a permanent Natrona County address can also sign up for a free library card to access even more.

5. The Tate Geological Museum

Show your College Off Campus Pass for free admission to the Tate Geological Museum at Casper College, where you can travel through millions of years of Earth’s history. Explore fossils, dinosaurs, rocks and minerals, get hands-on with geological discoveries and meet Dee, the museum’s towering Columbian mammoth.

6. The Werner Wildlife Museum

Check in with your College Off Campus Pass and enjoy free admission to the Werner Wildlife Museum, home to more than 450 birds, fish and animals. Explore colorful habitat displays featuring wildlife from Wyoming and around the world, then keep an eye out for deer or antelope wandering through the museum grounds.

8. Wyoming Veterans Memorial Museum

Check in with your College Off Campus Pass and enjoy free admission to the Wyoming Veterans Memorial Museum, located in a historic building from the World War II-era Casper Army Air Base. Explore personal stories, artifacts and exhibits honoring Wyoming veterans while discovering the air base’s role in training B-17 and B-24 combat crews.

9. National Historic Trails Interpretive Center

11. Rotary Park

Hike to Garden Creek Falls and take a selfie or take on the full 4.5 mile Bridle Trail. Enjoy the expansive views of the city below and soak in the peaceful feeling of being away from it all in the spectacular mountain scenery.

12. North Platte River Trails

Get outside and explore the Platte River Trails on foot or by bike—it’s completely free, and trail maps are available at the Visit Casper Downtown Office.

13. Independence Rock

Take a short road trip to Independence Rock State Historic Site and follow in the footsteps of travelers who crossed Wyoming more than a century ago. Hike to the top, enjoy the wide-open views and look for historic names carved by emigrants along the trails. As you explore, help preserve this one-of-a-kind landmark by leaving the rock exactly as you find it—take only photos and leave no mark of your own.

14. Hell's Half Acre

Take a short road trip to Hell’s Half Acre and discover a Wyoming landscape that looks like it belongs on another planet. Stretch your legs with a walk the newly opened overlook, where you can take in the colorful cliffs, jagged rock formations and winding ravines below. Pack a lunch to enjoy in the picnic area and don’t forget to snap a few photos of the view!

15. The Science Zone
