In the winter season, Downtown Casper and David Street Station come to life holiday decorations and cheer, it's a scene right out of a Hallmark movie!
Taking place every November on the Saturday after Thanksgiving, David Street Station kicks off the Christmas season with the annual Christmas Tree Lighting.
Once the tree is lite, the ice rink opens and the Christmas music starts playing, and that's when you'll truly feel the magic of Christmas in Casper.
On November 28th, 2026, make your way downtown to David Street Station at 2PM for the Hallmarket, where local vendors booths fill the outdoor venue before the Christmas Tree Lighting takes place at 6PM - 9PM. While the 'Grinch That Stole Christmas' plays in the background and the ice rink opens up for the season, you'll experience the true magic of celebrating the holidays in the heart of Wyoming.
