But when Cathy purchased the property two decades ago, she saw not just what it was—but what it could be. And with that vision, the land found its purpose again.

Now, people fly in from across the country just to spend an evening here. As the sun sets on the prairie, a crowd gathers under twinkling string lights and a DIY stage comes alive with bluegrass harmonies, mingling with the scent of fresh blooms and the clink of glasses filled with local craft brews.
