Four courses. Four pours. One delicious mystery.

Join us at Hogadon Lodge for The Blind Pour, an intimate four-course dining experience built around the art of bourbon tasting. Each course has been thoughtfully created to complement a carefully selected bourbon, taking your palate on a journey from light and bright to rich and bold before ending in delicious harmony. Throughout the evening, you'll explore how sweetness, spice, texture, aroma, and other characteristics can change the way food and bourbon interact.

But there's a twist: it's a blind tasting.

The menu and bourbon selections will remain under wraps until the evening unfolds, giving you the chance to taste without labels or preconceived notions. Compare notes, make your guesses, and discover what you enjoy along the way.

Guests will gather around farmhouse-style communal tables, making conversation part of the experience. Whether you're a longtime bourbon enthusiast or simply curious to learn more, no expertise is required. Just bring your palate and a sense of adventure.

With limited seating available, The Blind Pour is designed to be an intimate evening of great food, flavorful bourbon, conversation, and a little mystery.

Mystery is on the menu.
