Alaina Binfet leads this 4 week series designed for those with little to no yoga experience.
The series will cover information about yoga (benefits, history, styles of yoga, etc), and will focus on breaking down several key poses encountered in most yoga classes, including Sun Salutations - learn alignment & modifications - including use of props. Different breathing and meditation techniques will be explored. Learn the skills required to help you feel confident and ready to venture to other classes. This series is based in Vinyasa Yoga style.
Classes are 60min, every Thursday evening from Jan 19 - Feb 9th @ 5:30pm.
