This energy and fitness building class with Elliott Ramage is a mid-week outdoor reset, to help you shine through the week as your best self.
We'll meet at the Rotary monument and hike the Bridle Trail at sunrise. Part way through we'll rest and savor the morning with a vitalizing yoga and Qigong practice among the pines next to the trickles of Garden Creek.
Bring your water, a good pair of hiking shoes, and wear comfortable layers of stretchy clothes. No need to bring a mat.
Meet at Rotary Park Parking lot at 5:30 am. We plan to have back down to your vehicle by 8.
