Come to this Intro to MELT Workshop and experience changes in how your body moves and feels. Learn simple self-treatments that you can do at home to remain active, healthy, and pain-free for life.
The MELT Method® (MELT®) is a simple self-treatment designed to help you stay healthy, youthful, and active for a lifetime. MELT employs the use of gentle tools and self-care protocols to improve the supportive qualities of the connective tissue system, scientifically called fascia, as a vehicle to restore neurological stability and sensory motor control.
Practicing MELT Method regularly helps reduce the effects of accumulated tension and stress caused by daily living.
This all-levels workshop will use specialized soft rollers and small MELT Hand and Foot Treatment Balls to simulate the results of manual therapy. Learn to eliminate stuck stress before it accumulates causing chronic aches, pains, and unwanted signs of aging. Reduce inflammation, ease chronic neck and low back strain, improve alignment, enhance athletic performance, and keep your whole body feeling great at any age.
