Step into your journey to fitness and health. Now you have an outdoor option on the river. This week meet and train with certified instructor Tabithah Crain, owner of BMH Fitness. Join us in workout clothes and be prepared to sweat to your level with ater and towel. Please mark Going on the Facebook event @yotlwyoing to help the instructor plan the class. This class is free. If you love it, High$5, High $10, and High $20 donations will be accepted for your choice of the following non-profits: The Table, The Casper Greenhouse Project, The Casper Mural Project, and The Good Food Hub. Like any workout program, make sure your doctor thinks it's right for you. You will be required to sign a release to participate. This is part of the Yoga on the Labyrinth program put on by a local non-profit Table for the benefit and wellness of our community. Jon Varela is the second fitness instructor. He and Tabitha alternate Thursdays for variety and to support local businesses.
